Cancellation policy for online classes |
Participant cancellation Participants may cancel their registration and request a refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled class. If a refund is not issued, the class fee will be credited to the participant's account for use toward a future event. Participants will not receive a link to the video recording of the class.Class cancellation If fewer than 8 bookings are received, the Zoom class will be cancelled. Registered participants will have the choice of receiving video instructions in place of the live session, or requesting a refund. |
