In conjunction with operating a fabric store - Fabric Fair - for 36 years, Rita conducted dressmaking and couture workshops while also making wedding gowns. For the last 2 years, Rita has operated from her studio, expanding her workshops, teaching and custom garment making. She has studied with Claire Shaeffer and Charles Kliebacher in the USA. Rita has hosted workshops in Armidale, NSW with Claire Shaeffer where she worked as Claire-s co-tutor. Rita also taught at the first 3 ASG conventions.
